ABOUT
Coming from a traditional Trinidadian household where cooking and baking are essential, Tipperah has always had a passion for being in the kitchen. Unlike most children she spent her time switching from the Food Network to the Cooking Channel. Intrigued by the art of cooking and the teachings of various chefs each channel featured; she would reenact everything she saw. From grabbing random things to make a meal to placing herself on the chopping block and providing critique for her food.
At the age of 15 "Taste Of Tip" started as a dessert based business in her high school selling brownies, cookies and cupcakes. The treats were so popular that by 6th period she would sell out.
During her second semester of Culinary School, she began selling plates, which instantly became a hit. Students across campus constantly asked when their next "Taste Of Tip" would be.
Since then Chef Tip has continued to take foodies on a trip to paradise and elevate the flavor palettes of all whom she encounters.
